They accuse the Venezuelan Consulate funding leftist groups in Puerto Rico

Arango told Efe that his understanding denounced the illegal activities of the Venezuelan diplomatic representation through the corresponding letters to the State Department in Washington and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
